In this experiment, I set the analog pressure from a pressure transducer to be the angle position of a servo. This is what will be the beginning of developing a control system for the pulse jet. The servos will be used to actuate ball valves. The pressure sensors are going to be used to provide a feedback signal that gives the status of the operating pulse jet.
If the pressure increases in the air-line this either means one of two things, the pulse jet is not running or that the pulse jet is decreasing in thrust. From this statement, a system can be created to allow the valve position to open whenever the pressure increases. This is just an example of what kind of control law may be constructed and these ideas are yet to be tested.
